Work Permits

Open Work Permit
There are no restrictions on this type of work permit. The work permit contains no information about the company’s employment. It does not even necessitate a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or an employment offer.
Obtaining a work permit in Canada does not have to be difficult, but you must meet the following criteria:

- Occupation Classification (NOC) as Level O, A, or B;

Employer-Specific Work Permit
